If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
You may return your item(s) within 4 calendar days of receipt.
The day of delivery counts as the first day if delivered before 3:00 PM; otherwise, the following day is considered the first day. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition unworn, unaltered, and free of scratches, stains, or signs of use.
Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and undamaged.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be included.
How to Return a Product:
Contact Us: Email us at info@shewearsit.us within 4 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.
Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Exchanges
If your purchase arrives damaged, contact us at info@shewearsit.us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
Once verified, we will send a replacement if available.
If not, a store credit for the purchase amount will be issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check your bank or card provider first, then contact us if needed.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Discounted, sale, or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
Jewelry intended for personal or hygiene use, such as earrings.
Items that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition.
Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels.

Costs: If an item is defective, She Wears It covers all related costs, including return shipping and necessary repair or replacement.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped.
